首先，我建议大家选择谈论的素材时，是选择自己的熟悉的，有亲身经历过的、看过、用过、听过的，这样才有话可以说，有细节可以拓展。

例如

描述一个电子产品

Can you Describe an electronic product you use in your life

What is it?

What it looks like;

What do you use it for?

and how do you feel about it?

我使用Iphone许久，对各种应用程序(apps)操作等等都很熟悉。于是个想到的素材就是谈Iphone。

谈论物品类题目，一般的逻辑框架可以是:

1.先谈背景(是什么，哪里买的，谁买的，产品的价格，生产企业)都是很好的拓展

例如关于这个话题的关键词可以涉及到：

it was given by XX as a birthday presents/ XX is produced by apple company which is one of the most innovative hi-tech corporations (替代前面的company) / Since then,it’s become a total necessity in my life.

2.描述物品的样子

方法一：可以从物品的大小，厚薄，形状入手

例如： (超轻)super thin with only 2cm in thickness / (超薄)incredibly light / (表面光滑)the surface is quite smooth and glossy

方法二：不必一一累述，挑出有特色的(unique)的地方讲。

例如：The interesting thing about it is that it’s only got one button (按键)and a large touch screen (触摸屏), (继续拓展) making it quite handy for us to use.(使用各加便利)

3.如何使用和使用的感觉

通常这时大家最会感觉没什么说的,抛出几个形容词如(functional, creative)后，就发觉“后继无人”了。

其实拓展的方法很简单，每个形容词都是一个小例子。比如functional. 那我就可以接着谈使用“百度地图”这个app来具体阐述它这个特色):
